This page explains the scope in which the service is provided, how the subscription may be used and the mutual obligations of the user and the service provider.
A subscription is the right of access defined for a specific period. The scope is the same for all durations; only the usage period and the total amount change.
There are points both parties must follow for the service to deliver the expected benefit. The obligations on the user side are on this page, and the service-side scope on the IPTV packages page.
Usage framework
Using the subscription without problems starts with a correct setup and knowing the rules. The order below shows the flow followed from defining the subscription to the end of the period.
The subscription is defined for one simultaneous device. To watch on a second device a separate subscription is taken in that device's name.
A suitable player is installed on the device and the login details are entered. The steps are in the setup guide page.
The login details are used only on your own device. If they are shared, access security is the user's responsibility.
For broadcast problems the troubleshooting steps are applied; unresolved cases are forwarded to the technical support channels.
When the subscription period ends access closes. The subscription must be renewed for the broadcast to continue.
Selling, transferring or re-broadcasting the channel list or the access details is not accepted. In such cases the subscription may be suspended; the refund assessment is made according to the framework on the refund terms page.
There are rules the user must follow on certain items and the service on others. The table below summarises this distribution.

The steps to follow for broadcast problems are on the stream not loading and stream freezing pages, and the refund process on the refund and subscription terms page.
They cover the subscription scope, the device usage rule, protection of access details and the way the service is used. Starting to use the service means these terms are accepted.
Each subscription is defined for one simultaneous device. To watch on a second device at the same time a separate subscription must be taken in that device's name.
Access details should be used only for the setup of your own device. Access problems that may arise if the details are shared are the user's responsibility.
Transferring, selling or re-broadcasting the channel list and the access details to third parties is not accepted. Such use may lead to the suspension of the subscription.
Short interruptions may be connection-related. If the interruption continues after the troubleshooting steps have been applied, it is reported to the support channels.
The subscription is defined for a person and cannot be transferred. When a device change is needed the record is updated by contacting the support team.
Updates made to the terms are published on this page. Following the current version is the user's responsibility.
The refund and trial process is on the refund and subscription terms page; data practices are covered by the privacy policy page.
