How it works
Installing apps with Downloader
We keep the steps short here instead of describing them at length:
- Install the Downloader tool on your device; if it is missing from the store we assess the device's own installation method together.
- Open the Downloader tool and enter the code from the table in the code field.
- When the download is complete, open the app and send us the device information shown on screen.
- Once the activation is complete, your subscription list appears in the app.

Downloader codes questions and answers
Why do some codes appear as under verification?
We do not publish a code before verifying that it works on a live device. Unverified codes lead to a wrong installation, so we recommend requesting the code.
How do I request the code?
Send us your device brand and model via WhatsApp or email; we share the code and the installation path that suit your app.
Is the app license different from the subscription?
Yes. The subscription provides the streaming content, while the app license covers the use of the player app on your device. The two work together.
What happens if the license does not work on my device?
We check device compatibility before activation. If there is an incompatibility, we suggest an alternative version or start the refund process.
How do payment and delivery work?
Once you send your device details, we select the license type and complete the payment step via WhatsApp or email. Activation is usually completed the same day.
