Send us your device details
Send us the device identity shown on screen when the app opens (the MAC address or the device/device key information the app displays) via WhatsApp or email.
Select the license type
For a single license state the 7 EUR per year or 15 EUR lifetime option; for Multi App state the lifetime option of 6 apps in total (3 IBO Player + 3 other apps) for 15 EUR.

Where can I find my MAC address?
It appears on the app start screen or in the settings section. If you cannot find it, send us a photo of the device screen and we will find it together.
How much is the MAC Player license?
7 EUR per year or 15 EUR lifetime. The Multi App package is a one-off 15 EUR for six apps.
Is the app license different from the subscription?
Yes. The subscription provides the streaming content, while the app license covers the use of the player app on your device. The two work together.
What happens if the license does not work on my device?
We check device compatibility before activation. If there is an incompatibility, we suggest an alternative version or start the refund process.
How do payment and delivery work?
